Overview
It is a special package that we offer to our hospitality and business class clients from all over the world. You can book a 4/5 star hotel in Mecca and Medina. The minimum is two people, and there are special prices for groups. Please note that hotel prices change from time to time except for the reserved ones.
- Day 1- 12:00: Reception from the airport and transfer to the accommodation in makkah
- Day 2- 20:00: Going to the Grand Mosque to perform Umrah
- Day 3- 20:00: makkah city tour

- Day 5- 12:00: Check out from the makkah hotel and head to Medina and check in at the Medina hotel

7 days Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy Exchange Policy: You may be required to pay additional fees for modification and these fees vary depending on the type of service requested. When requesting to modify locations or dates or add notes such as the type of transportation or meals and any other requests, customer service is contacted to implement the request. Cancellation Policy: Requests must be submitted by the customer through the Future Luxury Customer Service for each cancellation of a reservation by the customer. Future Luxury will impose a 15% cancellation fee. The amount is deducted 100% four days before the trip and the amount is non-refundable after that and the customer has no right to claim it. Refund Policy: When the customer requests a refund of the amount he paid four days before the trip, Future Luxury imposes a 15% fee and refunds the amount after the fees, noting that the mechanism and method of refund are based on the same payment method. If payment is made by credit card, the refund will be made within 48 hours of business days and the amount will be returned from the bank within 7 business days and there may be a delay by the bank. If payment is made through customer service, it takes 48 hours of our business days. If the amount is not refunded after the above mentioned period, please contact customer service or send a request and contact the company's customer service to request a refund. In the event that reservations are confirmed that are non-refundable and the customer is not entitled to claim them except in force majeure circumstances, and approval of the refund is conditional on the service provider's approval and acceptance of the refund. Upgrading flights: Passengers can upgrade the private flights they have contracted for through customer service and pay the difference before the mentioned amendment date according to the availability of the possibility, as the luxury of the future does not guarantee the upgrade of flights upon the customer's arrival, and in this case we will try as much as possible to implement your request
